Network audit and AINA®
Adasoft’s Industrial Network Assessment is an independent check-up of your industrial network. We recommend it at commissioning, after structural changes, when faults keep coming back or as preventive maintenance. It runs in five phases:
Preparation. Scope, documentation and topology, comparing what was planned with what is really installed.
Field measurements. Cables and connectors, traffic load and error rates, signal quality, EMC, power supply, grounding and shielding.
Configuration review. Diagnostics and alarms, timing, filtering, redundancy, throughput and security.
Maintainability. Documentation, network access and permanent monitoring.
Final report. Prioritised recommendations and a map of the topology we measured.
